WELCOME TO 90.3 KRNU





90.3 KRNU is the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's FM radio station with studios in Andersen Hall on the University's city campus in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The station is operated as a service of the Broadcasting Department in the University's College of Journalism & Mass Communications. The station is managed by members of the Broadcasting Department faculty and staffed by students majoring in Broadcasting. Operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to Midnight Sunday.

During breaks in the academic calendar, the station will usually operate on reduced hours of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the week.

The station's main music format is alternative and modern rock. The station also programs news and sportscasts, play-by-play of Nebraska home sporting events, and a variety of live public affairs broadcasts of campus speakers and forums. In addition, upperclass students program a variety of specialty shows during the week.
